In the next few weeks, the board will begin assessing past due homeowner dues and applying appropriate late fees. We ask everyone who has not paid their dues to become current as soon as possible.
This is an effort to ensure that any and all Thatcher Pointe financial obligations to the community are met without any financial setbacks. We appreciate your timely cooperation.

The 2025 Thatcher Pointe HOA dues are due Wednesday, January 1, 2025. Homeowners have until Wednesday, April 30, 2025 to submit dues payment before receiving a late fee penalty. As of 5/1/2025, a $30 late fee applies, for a total of $180.
